TAX CLINIX, LLC · CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS

Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Tax Clinix, LLC handles information collected through its booking website and service text-messaging program. It does not replace separate tax-preparation engagement documents, required tax-information consents, or the policies of websites operated by other providers. Effective October 28, 2026.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, mobile number, email address, appointment preferences, support messages, and SMS consent or withdrawal. Consent records include the disclosure version, time, and source of the request. Our hosting and communication providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the services. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank details, tax returns, or identity documents in this signup form or ordinary text messages.

How we use information

We use information to schedule and manage appointments, respond to service requests, send service communications when authorized, document messaging preferences, operate our website, and protect against abuse. Tax documents should be exchanged using the secure portal provided for your engagement. SMS consent does not authorize disclosure or use of tax-return information for unrelated purposes.

Mobile information and consent

Tax Clinix does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging consent is specific to Tax Clinix and is not transferable to another business. Other provisions in this policy do not override this restriction.

Service providers and required disclosures

We may provide information to hosting, scheduling, communications, and other service providers only as needed to perform services for Tax Clinix, including delivering text messages. They are not authorized by us to use SMS consent data for their independent marketing. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights, or maintain service security. Any legally protected tax-return information remains subject to applicable restrictions and required authorizations.

Your choices

SMS signup is voluntary. Reply STOP to a program message to stop service texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@taxclinix.com or 689-588-0777. You may also ask us to withdraw SMS consent by email or phone. Declining texts does not prevent booking or purchasing services. Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. Separate consent would be required before promotional messaging is introduced.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. We retain information for the service relationship, consent documentation, dispute handling, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed.

Privacy requests and children

Contact info@taxclinix.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and retain information where required or otherwise permitted by applicable law. The SMS program is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date and additional notice when appropriate. Changes do not retroactively create consent to new message purposes. Contact Tax Clinix, LLC at info@taxclinix.com or 689-588-0777. Business website: www.taxclinix.com.
